This Week's Loss/Gain: .8 pounds
Total Loss: 50 pounds!!! PTL I didn't totally crash my plane!
What I craved this week: I didn't really have to worry about what I craved because I stuffed myself all week long.
What I noticed was different about my body: I felt EXTREMELY bloated this week. I also noticed that my digestive system was...umm...off.
Workouts I did this week: Two runs- a 3.1 mile run and an 8 MILE RUN!!
Exercise-I want to hit all three runs. This is a recovery week in my running plan, so I will run 3 miles twice and my long run will be a 5 mile run.
Food-Because I need serious accountability this week, I'm posting my daily points on Instagram. I should say that my birthday is on Monday so I will probably have a cheeseburger and I'm having BBQ for dinner...and maybe a cupcake. I promise to be hard-core the rest of the week.
