Total Loss: 53.4 pounds!!
What I craved this week: I didn't have any major cravings that I thought about regularly this week. Not sure why. Just didn't.
What I noticed was different about my body: I noticed how towels really fit me well yesterday morning. This hasn't always been the case. I think I've talked about it before, but it still doesn't get old.
Workouts I did this week: A Ten Miler and a Three Miler. I was in a bit of a funk still, but I think I'm on my way out of it.
Personal Goal for this week: Stay on top of homework, hit my runs, and stay away from flex points except on Saturday to carb load for Sunday.
