Healthy Train Tuesday

This Week's Loss: 1.6 pounds!
Total Loss: 67.8 pounds
Starting Weight: 239 pounds
Current Weight: 171.2 pounds
Pounds to goal weight: 21.2 pounds!

What I craved this week: Carbs, carbs and more carbs! But more specifically, mac and cheese, pizza, fries and ranch.

What I noticed was different about my body: I texted my sister every day this week a screenshot of my points used for that day. It kept me conscious of what I was eating and the choices I was making. Accountability is key! Saying that over and over again will never get old for me.

Workouts I did this week: THREE runs and two lift days.

Personal Goal for this week:
  • Workout Plan: Lift, Run, Lift, Rest, Lift, Race Day!
  • Have a good, positive, productive week! 
  • Get schoolwork done!

What I’m looking forward to: 
  • Running my first race of the year.
  • Moving forward.
Frame of Mind: I am reading the Made to Crave 21 Day Devotional on the Bible app with a couple of friends. We've had a mini-bible study through text messages, but I have loved it. It is really helping to re-shape my mindset about food and healthy choices. Look it up!
