What I craved this week: I honestly didn't crave anything this week. My husband wanted pizza on Sunday night and I had to say no. Sometimes it is really hard to be on a weight loss journey when living with someone who isn't fully on board.
What I noticed was different about my body: When I am willing to do the work, my body responds.
Workouts I did this week: 3 runs including one of my last long runs before the Half.
Favorite Song of the Week: "Black Betty" by Ram Jam. Got a good beat and it's an oldie.
Personal Goal for this week: Hit all my runs. That's just the kind of week I'm having.
